Andrew Hickey - 200 Senior Games

30 May 2014 by James Gray

Andrew ‘The Scalpel’ Hickey brings up his 200th senior game this weekend.

Recruited from Warrnambool via Mannix College, he graduated from the Monash Blues Under 19s after a B&F in the 2002 premiership. In his first year in the seniors Andrew played in the 2003 Division 1 premiership team as a young star on the wing.

Since 2005, Hickey has finished in the Top 5 of the Club B&F eight out of nine years, including a win in 2012 and four runner-up awards.

He has entertained the Frearson Oval faithful for over a decade with his lethal left boot, clean ball handling and strong tackling.

The Monash Blues community salute a great player and clubman, well done Hickey.
